Is Heroku down?

We request Heroku's official status feed where one is published, and separately time a plain request to www.heroku.com. Both readings are recorded every few minutes.

A state only changes after two consecutive readings agree. Uptime is calculated from the recorded outage and degradation periods over the stated window.

This is an independent measurement and not affiliated with Heroku. Their official status page is the authority on incidents affecting their own infrastructure.
